An efficient staff of people in charge of Logistics and customer assistance, management of incoming and outgoing material with mapping of the warehouses and barcode system, allows an easy management of the hundreds of tonnes of incoming and outgoing goods on a daily basis.
Outgoing flows are scheduled according to just-in-time logic with fast lead times for the delivery of customer orders.
