The company’s main asset in this respect is the purification and treatment plant for the production waste water and tank flushing water.
The system includes two sections: a chemical-physical treatment section for a first major reduction of COD levels in the waste water, followed by a biological treatment section with membrane filtration to obtain near-zero COD levels in the water outflow.
All phases are managed by PLCs integrated into the company IT system, with remote management of all functions according to industry 4.0 requirements.
The purification plant allows the company to optimize the rinsing process of reactors and systems and the washing and internal regeneration of small tanks collected from customers within the scope of our recycling and reuse policy concerning plastic packaging.
